Parc & Portfolio is designed so signed lease documents and household contacts stay protected, and an invite never grants owner-console access on its own.
Invites are not keys
A tenant invite helps someone create an account for their household. Signing in and membership still control who can see private lease data. Sharing an email invite is not the same as granting console access.
Lease documents stay protected
- Signed lease PDFs are stored in private object storage, not on public pages.
- Ordinary owner views show household contacts and lease terms staff need to operate the property.
- Rare break-glass access is purpose-bound and audited.
